Its a shame you couldn't get a hold of a tripod, but I understand what a pain it is to lug it into the park with you. Just some constructive criticism would be to spend a little more time on your editing to match it up to the song. Check out the Perfect Day video at http://www.virtualmidway.com and Rideman's video on his site (although I don't have the link handy, very sorry) for examples.
But all things considered, good job.
