That coaster must have a flat spot in a wheel the way the camera was bouncing. Or someone was holding it?

The camera was held.  Thats about as smooth as you can get it without a mount.

Its much easier to hold it steady on coasters with lap bars only (as if we needed another reason as to why lap bars are superior to OTSR's) ;)
