Lone Star Thrills has added 10 new Titan construction photos from Tuesday. The first helix is complete and it looks very intense. Also, more supports have been erected and the catwalks are almost finished on the lift hill.

Wow... that's a fairly serious elevation change on that helix!

Ok Rob, lets get something straight. The brakes hit you harder now, because the ride goes faster with the harder wheels! They've ALWAYS slowed the train at the top of the lift, for good reason. Makes the ride seem mucho taller than mister MF.
Although before I have questioned this ride before, I can see now it's easily the best Giovanola installation on the planet!

Is it just me or are Giovanola's two coasters in the US (to date) relatively ugly? That thought just came over me, and I found it odd how many supports were needed for such a tight ride...
I'm just saying...

Yes the support structure is fairly ugly, but when you look at it from a far it looks so beautiful. I cannot wait until this coaster opens.

Sweet!!!
Is there a proper artist's rendering of what Titan looks like completed? No, the park map doesn't count. :)

cynic, I think they need all the supports because of the high speed combined with kicka-- helices. just a guess. how fitting that they would build Titan next to my namesake.
