Thanx for putting up the pics., Glitchey.
An explanation on CE getting stuck: They had put 2 sets of anti-rollback ratchets on, up to 4th hill (where I wondered if it would slow down) and up to helix entrance. This is where CE stuck as there was a slight misalignment of the ratchet bracing. After bout an hour there, I saw them get the train thru and fortunately it made it back to the station.
After repairing the ratchet, they tested CE many times. Ratchets won't be needed, in fact Randy Larrick (of CCI) said they would be "dropped down" and used for reopening the coaster at the beginning of a new season.
CE gained speed with each test run. In fact, it had very good speed where it goes thru HH (flat left hand 90 degree curve) and down the 4th drop.
It looks to be a very good back seat ride: It gets ripped over the 1st drop; ripped over the Tig'rr drop (3rd hill down to water); and rippped UNDER the brake run with what seems to be a headcopper effect.
No "people testing" yet as they have to check the clerances thru HH and has to be inspected by the state.
CornBall opens next Friday, May 18th.
