Perlious Plunge is back in operation

I think the blocking was probably a request by Cedar Point. Remember they wanted a coaster that was the opposite of Magnum in terms of pacing. Besides MF only lasts 1:40 from station to brakes, with about 20 seconds for the lift. Where do you suggest they put a block brake at 93 mph? Hey, when was the spell check option added? Cool, some people need it!

Actually, the Intamin hypers have all been more or less trouble free, once they all learned not to send empty cold trains.

Capacity on the force is actually not bad. I've clocked them doing well over 1,200/hour, a decent pace. The blocking isn't all that different from the average B&M, only in place of a mid-course there's another station.

I think it's more Cedar point than anything else. Does that park ever make a bad move? Put MF at PKI and how much do you want to bet there would have been some big problems. I probably shouldn't say that but what the heck :P
