I do not have the link from the AP line, but my inside sources are 100% that the Clark family, who owns DW, are in negotiations for a friendly transition to the HERCO family. Several members of the family want to pull out of ownership, and the exisiting ones do not want to refinance a buyout at this time. They have maintained a close relationship with the Hersheypark staff, and feel they can continue the park on with good direction. The deal should go either way by June 1st.
