Do you get a sore neck on Dueling Dragons?

I do, only because of the dueling aspect. Specifically on the pond when the trains are rushing towards each other then looping apart. I can't help looking at the oncoming train & looking at it as we loop part. As a result I look down & hurt my neck. :(

Has anyone done this or has it happened to them?

Never had a problem, no matter how many times I have ridden it. I do have a bad neck too, but never a problem after riding DD.
I hate Fire dragon's cobra roll and corkscrew, they're so small they hurt. Makes me SICK

Well, I have never actually hurt my neck, but I know EXACTLY what you are talking about. When you go down over the lake it is a flat section of the ride as you watch the other train pummeling towards you. You can't help but to lean your head forward to see it, when all of a sudden you are ripped upwards and through the vertical loop, and your neck gets thrusted down. I just remind myself to keep my head back right before the loop. On a side note, that head to head race to the loops is one of the best parts of the ride.

Hello, the ride says KEEP YOUR HEAD AGAINST THE HEAD REST. That means if you have your head looking down on the Loop affect, you will get a sore neck!

Yeah well, none of us really ever pay attention to those signs, now do we. Do you always "Keep your hands and arms inside the train at all times"?

No, but I would take something about my neck more seriously than my arms or hands. I see your point though FloridaCoasterRider.

Dueling Dragons is a very smooth coaster. I never have neck problems.

I have never had any neck problems at all. I love to look down to see the other riders feet fly by. I never look at what the stupid signs say...I mean, "Keep your hands inside the vehicle..." I am just fine with my hands up and out to the side floating in the air. Dueling Dragons is very smooth. Ice Dragons Cobra roll is a little shakey, but nothing to complain about. It's a great ride. Thank you B&M!
