Questions about Knotts

Does anyone know what is happening with the TOGO lawsuit over Windjammer? Does anyone know if Knotts has possible expansion in the future? I'm just wondering because I'm planning a trip out there over next summer, and I'm curious to know about new/future rides and/or expansion.

Cedar Fair, the 5th largest amusement comp.

KBF has practically no room to expand. They can, however do what they did for the Ghostrider maybe 2 more times. G-rider starts in the park, then is layed out such that more than half of the ride goes out into parking lot area. It crosses a street 4 times, pretty cool. With Cedar Fair behind them, I am hoping for a hyper or a Giga for 2001, (15 miles from my house) but as far as official announcements....???

As for the windjammer, no news about the lawsuit. I have a feeeling once the suit is settled, whether KBF wins or loses, the Windjammer will most likely come down, (my guess)

By the time you get there, Knott's will have Soak City, Perilous Plunge and likely a hypercoaster as well. Knott's is one of America's best parks, hands down. With or without ever expanding.

And my guess is, Windjammer will be no where in sight...
