They also had a boomerang coaster... something like all of the parks have. They could sell the boomerang and the jester, but perhaps they are waiting to see if they get more insurance money or something. haha "deuling boomerangs" for 2009 somewhere...

On the flip side, as Nawlins returns gradually and becomes more of what it once was, there will be a call for SOME sort of venue like this, only smaller. I'm thinking more along the lines of Kemah, less SFNO. Time (and tide) will tell.... :-/
Either way, I don't think the park has any future at all. Pity really. I'd have liked to have ridden Mega Zeph.
I develop Superior Solitaire when not riding coasters.

I think the Mega Zeph train might end up on Screamin' Eagle. Sort of like what SFWOA did with Raging Wolf Bobs in 2003. Gerstlauer trains have been moving all over the place lately. *** Edited 1/24/2008 12:09:53 AM UTC by WOF Guy***
Please NO!!!! From my exp. on G-trains compared to ptc's, I much prefer ptc's.
I hope that it eventually re opens and I think like mentioned earlier, the Kemah Boardwalk is a nice place and I think it would be a great addition. I also think that because the park was losing money with this park and with the 150 million or so quoted above could defiantly help with the debt.
