Will Steel Pier open in 2008?

Last year was supposed to be the last year for Steel Pier, then it turned out this was supposed to be the last year. I happened to come across this listing and it definitely sounds like the Steel Pier Crazy Mouse but it says it won't be available until October 2008. Does anyone know if Steel Pier is supposed to open next year?

From what I understand it will open next year because Trump realized what a money generator it was. I could be wrong though, in fact I went this year just in case it closed for good and it was packed so maybe it'll stay open.

Ive heard that there was a holdup with building condos in its place. Since nothing can be started with them, they are keeping it open so atleast something there is generating profit.
