Coaster websites, ACE cards, camera bags, mechanical pornography, suddenly I feel so... dirty.

Just flash the card. Actually, I could to the whole hold the card between two fingers and flick/hold it out to the person thing you see a lot at stores. Then she will know I am the real deal ;).

I hate when people think they know what talking about having to do with roller coasters and it is just way off and I have to do my enthusiast duty and pull my bookbag out which has the list of parks I have been to on it and just tear out their heart and smash it but, it makes me feel good sometimes.

Never ridden a Stand Up myself but it looks like Shockwave at King's Dominion will be my first next summer.

I like coasters myself...BUT never at the expense of hot chicks. You...my friend violated a well-known tradition among the "player" community. When a hot chick is talking about ANYTHING (most of which she will no nothing about)...you let her talk and do whatever you can to help boost her ego.

Your confrontation...no matter how factually correct...has done nothing to improve your chances. EVERYBODY has their interests...if they do not involve any personal access to six figure income, professional athletic ability or rock star status...best keep it to yourself around chicks. The key is to NEVER take yourself out of the game.

You might have been a shoulder to cry on somewhere down the road. Since you felt the need to correct roller coaster statistics...you are "out of the game."

Yea I want to ride one of the Japan Togo's I have heard they are really nice compared to the crap they sold here in the US. Shockwave does not look like much of a ride is it a painful or just not much to and thats why it is forgotten?

I think doing "her" isn't too common among coaster enthusiasts either, but to each his own. ;)

Doing anybody is pretty rare based on my observations. :)

I'll use RCDB to show pictures of things to people––but here's the big difference--these people who are not enthusiasts actually care about coasters and parks. Saying to someone "You should go to RCDB to get your facts straight," probably isn't going to happen on the other person's end.

As much as I want to post something here, I'm a little astounded at just how many truths are found here.

Though doing whatever it takes to get laid is definitely not one of them. That's just pathetic.
