as an ace member I had a blast yesterday at the park! Griffon is great. The View from the top is great!

I am still waiting for paul Rubin to tell us all about the coaster and how great it is.

LOL...ain't that the truth. The ride looks awsome and cannot wait to ride at the end of June.

I think the important fact to reinforce is that it's opening a week earlier than they were supposed to--although the grand-opening is still listed as May 25th-- and I just happen to have a Saturday off for once. It still to me doesn't look like much of an experience but I'm open-minded.

Did they get to keep the goofy looking hats?

Griffon is a mythical beast, not a world-war 2 plane.

Funny, usually when I watch videos with ACErs it's usually a "Teh goggles...they do nothing!" kind of thing.

On Thursday, May 17th, ACE and local radio stations were there. I was lucky to find this video clip from 97.3 in Hampton Roads:
