I know this is relatively insignifigant post but I'm just curious. What happened to the themeing on this ride? Why did they take the shotup cop car out, among other things? Maybe someone who works there can help me out? I just wanted to know cause I'm a huge fan of the movie series that this ride was based on (keaton) and for me, the themeing has always been half of the batan: the Ride experience for me.

Hey,i agree with you on this 1,it helped the theming out alot,i work at SFMM and i havent figured out why they took it out...maybe they will put the bat mobile there?,because they moved it from where it was.
Yeah I forgot about that, what in the heck is going on around there? For a park with the little themeing it already has, why would they REMOVE themeing?

That and they don't play the videos in the loading station and they havent replaced half the burned out lights in there either. Needless to say, I was a little disappointed with the whole back-lot experience when I was there. ------------- Ghostrider = good
i AGREE, BUT IF U NOTICE WHEN U WALK IN THERE A HUGE THING SAYS "BUILDING A BETTER GOTHAM", AND THERE ALMOST PICTURES LIKE THE MODEL OF IT.
The Smoke is gone to fromt he station but the experience of the ride is just amazing!
Yeah and last time someone was actually walking around wearing the damn Batman suit they keep in the departing side. Just walking around smoking, checking restraints. No respect at all.
And why oh why does that huge fan NOT blow any air? That would be EXTREMELY neat on those hot Valencia days (360 out of 365 days usually). What a gyp.
Maybe they thought the banged up cop car was mean spirited.
