The Best Publication

Hello everyone,

I am considering buying a subscription to an amusement/roller coaster magazine of some sort. From everyone elses point of view. What would be the best one to subscribe to? BTW I don't want the ones that are more business oriented and only have like 4 issues a year. I've done a little bit of research on some magazines and either they've gone out of business or the website is down/unavailable. So can someone help me out?

I would join ACE.

ACE or the European Coaster Club both offer publications. Having previously been a member of both I preferred ECC's magazine, First Drop.

I'm partial to Timber Tales, the official newsletter of the Wood Coaster Fan Club. ;)

So am I, because I'm the editor for the publication. But I've liked ACE News. Mark Davidson does an exceptional job with that publication. DAFE's Rick Davis and ECC's Justin do great jobs with Barrel 'O Fun and First Drop, respectively.

I'm generally not a fan of ACE but if you're looking for good publications ACE may be ok.

If you go to any events just make sure you don't get between the majority of the crowd and the start of the buffet line, it's similar to what happens when you get between a mother bear and her cub. *** Edited 3/19/2007 8:46:06 PM UTC by matt.***
