Cool.

First the new stunt show "Operation Spygirl" at SFGAm and now this.

The quality of shows are definitely on the up and up at SF parks.

Now, give us the part we need back from SFOT to have our Trabant(Triple Play) run again that you stole from SFGAm. :)

My favorite MJ tune: "Billie Jean" which I have been listening to alot now. RIP MJ.

This is great news to hear! SFOT has been very impressive to me in the last few years, this just goes to show that a new coaster every year is not necessary in developing a great park, not only do they have a great lineup of coasters and flats, but it looks like they will now be offering a spectacullar show next season.

Not to mention extending park hours til 11 pm!

I survived a Japanese typhoon and the Togo flat ride of death!!!!!!

I think you mean Troika. From what I've heard the plan is to repair what we have and get that part back to SFGAm. Our current Troika is made up of parts from AstroWorld, LaRonde and SFGAm.

I'm excited about the new show, although I don't look forward to sitting outside in Texas in the summer. I do wonder what will happen to the concerts they used to have in that venue.

^Oops, I get the 2 confused (Troika and Trabant).

Yes, I know SFGAm's will be back in operation in 2007.

Not to be confused with Cirque Du Soleil which has shows in places like las vegas and orlando. I wonder how many people will be coming to six flags expecting a Cirque Du Soleil(brand name) show.

I wonder if Cirque productions is an offshoot of Cirque Du Soleil, kinda like Lord of the dance and Riverdance are. I wonder how Cirque Productions gets away with using the Cirque name?

Hello!

I imagine quite a few people will be confused by the Cirque Du Soleil brand. (Of course, the majority of people will probably never know the difference...) And, from another article I saw posted, it said that this company (based in Pompano, FL) is not associated with Cirque Du Soleil.

However, I believe "cirque" is just the French word for circus, which I imagine is in the public domain.

Yes, "cirque" is french from circus. Cirque du Soleil translates to "Circus of the Sun".

It all right there are a lot of "cirque" circus(s) out there that are trying to cash in on the popularity of Cirque du Soleil. Often immitated but never duplicated -- if that's what it takes to get someone to see your show then, whatever.

Cirque Productions and CdS are not the same -- not even close.

Cirque Dreams is the company that produced Imaginique at Bush Gardens Europe, FYI. (Their new disaster of a show, Kinetix, was produced in-house to the best of my knowledge.)

Imaginique was really good -- still not CdS but pretty good. If CooBriLa is anything like that it should be a good show.

Theme parks need quality shows and this should be quality.

But the name is a definite bad imitation of Cirque du Soleil. Cirque Dreams? Dreams is an english word.
