BGE Le Mans Speedway going Kraut

Was at BGE today and they are now handing out a brand new (much more realistic) map that in addition to having Le Mans gone (with a bubble anouncing that area will have a new attraction in 2007) also has changed the bumper cars' name from Dur Autobahn to Bumper Cars. Combine that change with the surverors I saw there last night in the old DF field leads me to believe that Le Mans is not going away but will become "Dur Autobahn."

Yup we found this out about 2 or 3 weeks ago. LAst day was 7/5.

Now this move makes perfect sense! Good call!

lol good call Touchdown:) and ya know, its the perfect plot of land for it, AND with that much room, they might be able to add some themeing into the area, if this does become a reality. i was gonna head up to the park tonite, but im way too tired....ill check it out on Sunday evening probably.

But beer is "bier." Easy peasy. And it's about time they did something with Drachen Fire's plot.

im going to take a stab at this and assume the ride filling in this land will have a larger drop than AC and will have a radical layout filled with some interesting maneuvers...

Good to hear, I was very dissapointed to hear Le Mans was closing.
