A clue? Thunder Canyon's queue is being moved for 06.

Footers for virtually any turn look about the same. Also keep in mind that they can drain the water in any of the inland lagoons. The former swan boat area is quite dry last time I checked.

It's not a dive machine.

While MF extended que is not set up right now, I can tell you it can be set up in a matter of minutes. They did use it at least once last year when I was there, and I can tell you at least twice in 2004..probably more will all the TTD issues. Then throw in the whole seat belt issue...and that que has been seeing way more use than it should. And for the record. I in 2004 I saw the WHOLE Mean Streak que full on that record breaker day in lat (I think) October when the midway was wall to wall people...now that was a day to see.

^And the plot thickens a bit. Although I hoping I'm thinking correctly here in taking Jeff's words very literally and precisely.

The swan boat pond has since been filled with water. Why? Couldn't tell you. Perhaps just for the asthetics.

Edit: Come to think of it, that body of water may be connected somehow to Snake River Falls' splashdown pool. Both are filled. *** Edited 5/2/2006 11:48:37 AM UTC by Fun***

That lagoon was there long before SRF so I don't think it has anything to do with it. There are fish and such in there and I don't think they'd do to well with the chlorinated water that is in SRF. SRF doesn't use lake water like TC does. Smells a lot better too!

There's a difference between blabbing what it is, and blabbing about one thing that it isn't. ;) Especially when the park is about to open and the speculation is about to rev up again.

I'll have to agree with you Matt. No one is giving any indication at all as to what it is going to be.

I'm sure someone will begin to figure this out sooner or later.

Well, over at PB there have been innumerable guesses, and Jeff said in the past that they weren't correct. In fact, he said that someone at some other board had in fact guessed correctly. That statement alone has haunted me to no end, as its made it impossible to speculate.

Only 369 more days though... ;)

It happens everytime one of the major parks builds something. After hundreds and hundreds of posts consisting of pure speculation, somebody has to get something right. :)

How would the rest of us notice if the rest of us didn't know what it was?

Or am I confused as to what you mean?

Hmm, time to go back and search through that 20 some odd page thread with 600 some odd replies, document each possible idea, and then you'll have the right answer written down on paper! What was there...about 100 different guesses? Yeahhhh, um, I'll wait.

OK, so who has guessed something other than the popular (500 ft, 4th dimention, Flyer, etc.)? I said I'd like an Intamin Aquatrax. That was rather unusual for a posibility. What others have there been?

I've seen that one guessed several places....maybe even Pointbuzz, so maybe that's not it (I don't know)

Intamin wood I've seen around several places (and even said myself a time or two) even though I really don't see it happening.

Maybe we're reading to much here. If "one" person guessed right, that doesn't mean that "only one" person has guessed right, it means, as far as I can tell, that more than 0 have guessed right. Could be 1, could be 20. I just highly doubt there is any ride type that has been only mentioned by one single person.

Also notice Jeff has said

"Also keep in mind that they can drain the water in any of the inland lagoons."

That doesn't mean its going to happen, or even likely to happen. It *could* happen, which, to me, makes me think it could just as easily be the world's biggest dippin' dots stand. *** Edited 5/2/2006 10:51:22 PM UTC by matt.***

Intamin Wood? Doubt they would put it there with Mean Streak litterally on the other side of the midway.

Im willing to bet an water coaster of some sort, it would make up for taking out the log flume, be a family attraction, and ratchet up their coaster count.

^^^I also doubt it could be Intamin wood, but let's not forget that SFGAdv is placing an Intamin right next to (actually, right in the middle of, too) a rotting wood heap that is even worse than Mean Streak.

Weirder things have happened.
