Fujiyama??

Ok so I was just looking around RCDB.com and I was wondering if anyone has been on Fujiyama and how it was. Is it as bad a Manhattan Express at New York, New York? Smooth?

Great ride, smoother than Manhattan Express mostly because it lacks those OTSRs.

Put it this way

It's not a B&M or a Intamin.

But its not the usual Togo.

Its not smooth nor rough.

Overall, I liked it.

Is it comparable to an Arrow hyper like Magnum?

Yes.

Fujiyama was the runaway surprise when I went to Japan in August. I wasn't expecting much (it IS a Togo, after all), but it really is a great ride.

I LOVED it! Not butter smooth, but with no OTSRs it is a fun ride! :)

It's not comparable to Magnum at all...the closest thing is Raging Bull.

Good point, Peabody -- I thought of Fujiyama as comparable to Magnum in terms of fun ride, but it's a hyper-twister, not a straight out and back, so Bull IS a better analogy.

You're right...it's that same feeling you get of "fun" from Magnum (or at least I get :) ) Layout...RB isprobably the closest thing. And it predated RB!
