An Early Question for next year.

I have this question for next year. I am planning to go to Knotts next march. I know it will probably be only operating for the weekends. So here are a few extra ones.

1. When is the Solace event? I know its around then if im not mistaken.

2. Will my 2005 CF pass still be in effect or does it end at the end of this calendar year, what i mean is does it still work considering many of the other parks are closed and season passes wont be offer until maybe past then.

3. Can i buy a 06 pass there and will it still be good for GL and CP considering that they have a buy together so you can enjoy them both?

-I think Knotts operates every day except Christmas and Thanksgiving.

-Isn't Solace in March?

-Dunno what pass you have or from where, but my 2005 CP pass expires 3/31/06. Says so on the back...

-And yes, you can buy a Knotts pass and use it at CP and GL, as well as MiA, WoF, and VF!. The only parks that require the add on are CP and GL, for the other respectively, since they are so close.

But then again, what do I know?

Knott's Berry Farm is open daily year around (except Christmas). I would suggest going on a weekday, if possible. The park is DEAD on weekdays in the offseason.

Just to reiterate, since I'm local, Knotts is open 364 days a year...closed only on Christmas Day. Solace is usually the first or second weekend in March.

So if you buy a pass at MIA, WOF, Dorney, VF or Knotts, they're good for both CP and Geauga, no add ons?

^^^ No wonder you Californians are the way you are. Your year has 10 fewer days in it than the rest of ours. :)

Then its looking really good then. I was just hoping that the pass didnt run out first. I really didnt look to hard at it. i hope spring break at school runs at that time, cause i hope to be meeting a few of you out there. I have met one coasterbuzzer ever, well other than my cousin. Do season pass sales start early out there, cause then there would be no need to buy one here and it would be cheaper too. *** Edited 8/1/2005 3:44:36 AM UTC by MagnunBarrel***

Last March they had specials going on with the Knott's season passes, but I forgot to take advantage of it (and just renewed my CP pass anyway). Next year I will HAVE take advantage of it, since I will have to have a new photo taken anyway.

I did manage to get a SFMM pass (that also had a special discount with the RideWorld event) and it ended up being MUCH cheaper than the SFKK pass I used to get.

Solace was a blast, so it's more than worth it!

I looked on the back of my pass for geauga lake and it had no experation date. i wish someone who had one other than in my household might be able to explain that one.

I know someone daid that dorney had one on the back of theirs.

That concerns me a bit if im gonna do this.

I know this is a tad bit dated, but a couple years ago, I had a CP pass and my wife (then girlfriend) had a Knotts pass. My pass expired around March or so, hers expired exactly 1 year from when it was purchased. Given a March purchase date, both passes would expire around the sametime anyway though.

You're welcome. You realize you could have found that same info if you'd just done a little research on your own. With all due respect it amazes me how lazy some people are. You post here so you have an internet connection. USE IT!

Hey moosh, what is Knott's operating schedule for next march? I'm planning on going to Solace, but I may want to go to Knott's an extra day, and I want to know whne it closes.

Can you tell me the operating schedule?
