CP 5/23-5/25 - Dragster stalls on tophat

Ok, sorry it took so long. I now have it on my computer and compressed. - but I have no where to post it. So if someone wants to host it or tell me where to do that for free, I will put it right up.

It did happen twice in 2003, but if this account is accurate, this will be only the 3rd occurance I am aware of. However, I am not sure I believe this account yet as I have yet to confirm it with other people who should know, and we still have not seen pics or that video.

I have no idea how many times it has happened in the past - like I said - the ride ops said it was only the second time it has happened ever. (If that number should be 3 - then I am sorry). Also, it did happen and I have video of the ride stalled at the top (not very exciting video, but interesting to see). - like I said above, I have the video ready to go, but do not have a place to host it. If someone wants to host it or tell me where I can host it, I will be happy to show you.

Wow, that's creepy. I wonder if it ever get stuck with the riders, and they could lean forward and lean backward to make it roll again.

It took about 15-20 minutes till someone took the elevator up and (I am guessing) pushed it till it wasn't balanced.

That would be awesome to happen, but I doublt that it ever would, with people in it.

Yeah... Kindof makes me nervous just a little bit but hey guess you've just gotta go with it.... I Was at CP yesterday and witnessed my first roll back on TTD. Then watching the train go again and it barely making it over...... I wish I would've been on it for once...

Last season being my first time on it and seeing the signs about the rollbacks and my friends wishing for one. It really made it a little nerve racking.. So as I was telling my friend I was going to kill him and being taunted by the sounds of a car reving fully knowing what was about happen and praying that it didn't rollback and finally going... After that, a trip down backwards would've just been twice the fun....

But hey think about it if there were passengers on in the train stuck at the top Just imagine the view...

BTW.... What happend to Meanstreak I used to love that coaster... Yesterday I feared for my life. It now sounds like a NYC subway when it leaves the station and the cars were just a little to jumpy..
