You'll have to submit an affadavit verifying that you take steroids in order to be let on the ride.

So even if the height requirement is not enough to protect someone, or even an age requirement, maybe a strong wrist test is needed here (stop smiling boys ). I was thinking if you got more than 2 inches of slack in a wrist restraint, you can't ride :)
