knotts for the larger

I convinced a friend of mine with me on a spontaneous trip to knotts this weekend.

He has never been and i was wondering which rides, besides the obvious silver bullet and xcelerator, should we worry about him fitting on? He's about 6' 300lbs (thick thighs). Is Ghost Rider big people friendly?

I am of no help, as I myself havent been to the park since 1997 (man thats a along time!). I tried a search but couldnt find much to help out. I wanna avoid as much embarassment as possible for him considering I'm draggin him with me. *** Edited 6/1/2005 11:58:07 PM UTC by haiderodes***

Ghost Rider has the standard PTC train with dividers and seatbelts. Im gonna say he could ride it but it won't be comfortable.

Not a chance on Xcellerator.

Im not sure what their shuttle loop is called off the top of my head but NO PROBLEMS THERE!

Silver Bullet should have the B&M big boy seat, so that ride should not be a problem.

another question...which rides, if any, have test seats out front?

Silver Bullet, Xcellerator, and Perilous Plunge all have test seats in front of them. I'm pretty sure those are the only ones, but I'm not positive.

I don't think he'll be able to ride La Revolucion.

Yeah, Silver Bullet has the big boy seats, and It is def. one of the best reasons to go.

I can't say your friend is proportioned like I am but I'm 6'3" and weigh 240 lbs. and have never been denied a ride on anything because of my size (except for Knoebels Flying Tigers but that was more of a decision on my part for comfort reasons)
