Is anyone else tired of the "Best Park On The Planet" campaign

can anyone else not stand CP's best on the planet adds anymore. they seem to be on the radio, tv, billboards, and stapled all over the park

Why would we get tired of them? We all love Cedar Point;).

I actually like the ads, as they get me pumped up and excited about the park. Call me a fanboy (I am a CF employee), but I really love Cedar Point! While I know it can improve, I think it deserves to toot its own horn every once in a while.

I don't think this thread is anti-CP, I think it's anti-CP-advertising. Kinda like mine was, which is still around here if you look hard enough.

Yeah. If it bothers you that much, then you need to look at your priorities. It's like the other fanboys losing sleep over KK being called "like no other coaster on the planet" or whatever. Who cares.

But they have the best Spin Cycle, best Coaster, best vacation, best family traditions and the best part-time jobs with all the rights of a fruit-picker...

Okay, that does it. I refuse to refresh the Cedarpoint.com home page again. It's become the Best cause of Nausea on the planet!

I have yet to see or hear a Cedar Point ad but that's because I make it a point to avoid them. Actually any ad that uses the words "best" and "planet" I'll probably tire of very quickly.

Next year they'll call themselves the Best Park in the Solar System."

Give it a rest, have fun, turn off your TV, get off the internet, just do something other than start "CP is teh sux0rz" threads.

Brian, at least the Enzyte commercials have a (sick) sense of humor about them. If they have to go, so do the multitudes of other creepy-ass commercials for ED treatment -- that means the freaky "He's back!" Viagra guy, the old bathtub-dwelling Cialis couples, and that smarmy woman whose husband just went on Levitra and has now become greatest partner in the entire world.

lucky for me, for various reasons, cedar fair bought my 6 flags park

But wait....they are the best park on the planet!! They're better than Disney, Blackpool, Tivoli, Kennywood, Knoebels......sheesh, they're simply the best park ever, period! I'm so happy that I live as close to this magical place as I do, because I might as well stop going to other parks if they can't compare. I'm just wasting my money because I'm not getting that awesome value unless I go to this magically perfect place of a park. Wow...where have I been????
