Hello Kingda Ka riders! It's official! We have rescheduled the media day for
Thursday, May 19 at 11 am! We hope you can join us and media from around the
world on Thursday to take the first ride at the media preview event. Please
review the info below (this is the information that was just sent to media as
their invitation). Please email me back if you can attend. If you cannot
attend, we will make alternate arrangements for you.

For entry on Thursday, please follow the instructions below ("directions") but
please arrive at 10 am. The information listed here is your official invite to
the event, so bring it along with you.

Thanks I live in Ct so I'll have the report to you Friday, unfortunately I have to drive back to Ct thursday night, pick up my love, and go back Friday night fro Coaster Celeb. it's gonna be a long weekend...

How convenient...PKI has Media Day for IJ-ST scheduled for that day also.

I know. I will be there (at PKI). Sheikra's Media Day is also happening this Thursday as well.

Oh I can't WAIT for the *first* TR's! :-D

My Kingda KaGasm will have to wait till early June. :-P

Hopefully the Kingda Ka opening will put an extra bit of pressure on Cedar Point to get Dragster running consistently this season. I will have no chance this season the ride Kingda Ka, but I do have an opportunity to ride Dragster in about a month.

Just so long as the roller coaster gods can keep Kingda Ka open through my trip to SFGAdv in early July...

I will also be there in July - mid July. I hope that they have any kinks worked out by then! I am also looking forward to TR's. So many wonderful new toys this summer - Hydra, IJST, Hades, Kingda Ka, Powder Keg, Sheikra - can't get to all of them but will hit most!

A perfect reason to take off work Friday. Is anyone going? Anyone wanna meet up?

What is that I feel... A low grade fever... Oh My, by Friday this may be an all out flu case...

Let's flash forward to Friday morning (me on the my boss' voice mail since I arrive the earliest at work): "Hello... I won't be in today I got a case of the flu. (CLICK)" Calls friends "Let's get some diner food and go get launched!"

www.gadv.com reported it might open on Friday only to season pass holders. That would be awesome but I doubt it. I wonder if it will be open when the park opens or an hour or so later.
