Since when is a park's one and only goal is to make money? I believe all parks are in it to make money as well as leave you satisfied so you will come back again in the future.

They want you to leave satisfied and come back again so they can make more money. It all comes back to that.

I wouldn't count on it. There is a strategy involved. Notice that they gave the passes to people who had tickets to "Moscow Circus" and not "Molly Hatchet".

It is a very calculated, business-driven, and PR rewarded move.
