ELLEN Gives Away a Cedar Point Trip

Just about 5 minutes ago the Ellen Degeneres show gave a 10 year old boy and his family a trip to Cedar Point. She mentioned that it was the coaster capitol of the world and mentioned Top Thrill Dragster. The boy was celebrating his 10th birthday. He had been fighting a bad case of cancer and as of now is cancer free.

Great, he'll probably get to skip all the lines in front of me.

Not to mention that she also got Kiss to make an appearence on her show for the kid.

Who wants kiss when you can go to Cedar Point ;)

Of all days, my mom wasn't watching it...:(

That's cool she gave away a trip to Cedar Point.

Very true but some are more treatable than others.

He got a free trip to CP AND got to meet Kiss?

True Ride of Steel, but take it from a cancer survivor, there is no such thing as a good case of cancer. Cancer is cancer.

Actually, let me change my stance on that...there is such a thing as a good case of cancer. It is when you survive it.

But I agree with everyone else, I am glad the kid survived it and never has to deal with it again.

Great story. Hopefully Dragster won't be broken down when He gets there ;)

Tina, i think Ellen got KISS for another kid on the show, lol;)

KISS puts on a hilarious live show. Gene still flys around on little cords with blood in his mouth shaking his tongue. Also, the three guitarists stand next to one another and bob back and forth. I think that is where fat joe got his idea. I can't help but think of KISS as a joke, especially after "KISS Saves Christmas".

Kiss puts on a great show, as in a "psycho" circus (no pun intended...well, maybe..lol) type of thing. Very flamboyant but kinda cool. The pyros are especially sweet. It is kind of hilarious but there is nothing quite like seeing Ace's flaming (flying) Gibson. GREAT visuals.

I have seen them live with and without their makeup. Didn't they *officially* retire? :-D

What fun is without their makeup? Just a PR trick to try to put butts in the seats for the concerts.

Umm, Tina...there has been some really good music released since KISS, Poison, and Def Leppard were in their prime ;)
