I don't know if Sandusky can accomodate 3 or more indoor waterparks, but I do see a disturbing trend into locating similar businesses into a single side of a town. In fact, a township near me, that for years finally has the business mecca they pushed for, is getting state money to conduct a study into lessening the traffic problems they now 'suffer'. Why must there be 20 restaurants, along with 200 stores, all on one side of town, and nothing in the next town but fast food places? I've seen many businesses fail because there has been too much 'close' competition, yet they'd possibly all still be open for business if they'd be 'spread out' in the target areas, not just within the same cities. Do we really need the congestion and traffic problems to continue in modern times?
