Riverview Park Monument

Ok, I know for a fact, somewhere in Chicago, where Riverview Park was, there is a monument to the park. If anyone knows the address of it, what is it. Even if you don't, if you know where the park was (it's address), what is it? I want/need to see this monument. Too bad I wasn't around to see the accual park.

Deja Vu & V2. Can life get any better?

The park was located at the corners of Western and Belmont on the northwest side of town. So, if there is a monument I imagine it would be near th intersection. However, I used to live about 1/2 mile from there and don't know of any monument to the park; but that doesn't mean it's not there. I just never heard of one.

I'm one of the lucky ones who got to go to this park when I was a kid. They had the most awesome wild mouse in existence along with great coasters. I'm sure Riverview is why I love coasters to this day!

The location, according to defunctparks.com is:

"Bordered by Western and Belmont Avenues, the Chicago River and Lane Tech High School"

They make no mention of a monument.

I go to Lane Tech High School (which is right next to it) and there doesn't seem to be a monument just the Shopping Center called Riverview Plaza.
