Is any one disappointed with silver bullet?

I mean the first drop looks like a kiddy coaster(its not steep), as for the rest of the ride it looks amazing.

Two ?'s

1) Why is the drop the way it is? I know Jag. is there but from the pics it looks like Silver could have gone under it.

2) Are they gonna fill the lake up with water?

Two ?'s regarding Disney

1) Is there a date set for Space Mountain opening?

2) Can you buy an all day pass for both parks(CA and DL)?

Disney-

1.) Management wants a push for July 17th, WDI wants Novemeber 2005.

2.) None to what I know

Having seen Silver Bullet up close this past weekend I can say I'm not the least but disappointed in it at all, with one VERY minor exception: the color of the lift, which differes from the rest of the ride. But its a minor nitpick...the ride itself looks awesome!

K1] The drop is the way it is because trains also have to clear the building in Fiesta Village behind that section of Jaguar. There is not enough clearance to go under Jaguar.

K2] Most of the lake will be refilled but I understand some of it will be planted with themed vegetation.

D1] The Mole is correct...nothing to add.

D2] Yes, they are now offering a 1-day park-hopper pass to Disneyland and DCA. I am not sure how long that will be offered...my guess is thru the holidays.

I think the name Silver Bullet is cool. And really besides that we know nothing. Don't judge a ride before you ride it.

...haven't ridden it. Rode Steel Dragon 2000, though. ;)

I don't like the solid color lift either. Overall though I think Knotts and B&M came up with a good design for the space allotted.

This was something that was mentioned to me earlier this season and was wondering what you guys think. If you place the layout of Silver Bullet layout over the Orient Express lot you see some amazing things. Silver Bullet's lift is at an angle to the station which just happens to be the same as what Orient Express's was. Also the Cobra Roll is in the same spot as the Kamakazi Kurve was on the Express. Also it was mentioned that there was a cancelled coaster that was supposed to go to WOF in 2005, but was backed up a year. Then you have to think about the colors. Coincidence? Perhaps, but then again.

You're kidding, right? Trying to shoehorn any large ride into Knott's would be damn near impossible.

I think all things considered, Knotts has done a fantastic job putting it in there.

It may be larger, but Knotts is like 4 square city blocks. For that small of an area, they've done a fabulous job with the layout of their park without realizing JUST how small it is.

Considering the size of the park I think their additions are up to par.

I just hope I get to ride it in March...

As for Disney's One day Park hopper, I've been told its new, but its not on their site, and is only available @ the park for $69. Hope its available in March...
