Nightmare Finally Leaves

I checked Screamscape today to see that Nightmare at Frontier City is finally being removed and replaced with something. I just find it funny that Six Flags lets their homebase park delapidate into the state it has become. Does anyone else find this odd?

FYI, it's still a rumor at this point...Nightmare's removal has not been confirmed by the park yet.

I know Moosh, It's just that everyone here is ready for something new to happen to that park. ErUPtion was just a small taste. So i guess I may be jumping the gun on it. But, who wouldn't? You can't tell me you never get the slightest bit excited about the possibility of something good happening at your local park.

Let the kids have their cheer Moosh! :)

Sucks that this ride is leaving, indoor coasters RULE! I was sad to see it sitting there SBNO in the park.

Overall, a really solid woodie, a nice Anton, and WAY substandard treatment of guests...I think the "SF bashers" mainly come from OKC and Houston, ROFL...

I don't hate Six Flags Parks.... Only the parks with "Adventure," "Astro," "Over," "Magic," or "Fiesta" in the name! ;)

Actually the only Six Flags parks I bash are the parks with "A Six Flags park" in small letters under some obscure name, like Frontier Sh*tty. --That seriously took 4 hours of hard thinking to come up with that clever one--

The last few years that our family went to Frontier City - I really didn't enjoy our trip (the kids had a blast, but I could care less about ever returning). This year I took my son and his friends and the place was better than ever - all the rides were open except for Nightmare and the Tomahawk - only two rides closed is an increadible improvement.

For the first time in years we are actually planning a return trip.
