Mr. Six's first appearence a big hit.

Mr. Six, made his first appearence today at SFGAm and it was a big hit among the local media. Almost every major T.V. station around the Chicagoland area was at SFGAm today to see Mr. Six.

They had a Mr. Six Look-a-like contest and the winner won $2,500 and some Six Flags Season Passes.

Stupid question: My fiance asked me the other day if it's a real old guy or a make up job, and I honestly don't know. Anyone know a for sure answer? :)

Thats why I said that. I heard that it is a young woman in make up, and that she did the coreagraphy (sp).

I wonder if Mr. Six said anything at the appearance or if s/he kept quiet.

The video is quite amusing. Looks like it was a smash hit! While the look-a-like and dance contest was fun at Six Flags New Orleans, it was no where near as successful since the day was rained out :( There were quite a few good look-a-likes there though. Mr. Six didn't make an apperance, however.

I was there today (expect a trip report soon). Mr. Six is definatly a guy or that is the best makeup job I have ever seen (I was only about 3 ft from him at one point, it looks like his head is actually shaved). It was great fun, not to mention the crowds werent that bad and the park allowed us into the gates at 9:15 :).

So if he's a guy is it really a goofy looking old guy, or a guy with a good makeup job?

He definatly has makeup on and I would be shocked if he was older then 30 but none the less I swear Mr. Six is male.

I think that Mr. Six is a really good dancer (male) that where's a mask.

No I do not think he is a good dancer who wears a mask. I think that he is a good dancer who wears some prosetics (sp?) on his forehead, chin and ears and nose. There was definatly some parts of the face that only had makeup on them so he could show expression.

We have the Six bus used in the commercial at Six Flags Elitch Gardens. You cloud see the flag tops sticking out of the roof and holes in the bus were the camra was. But it was there the weekend of May 15-16. It was so sad to see it leave :(

Bus #2 is still sitting at SFSTL after a week and a half. Then dont even drive it from park to park. It doesnt even get drven from park to pak it goes via trailor.

That woman in the Old Navy ads died in November 2001. I doubt even Six Flags has teh clout to resurrect her to play Mr. Six.
