Do you like riding coasters backwards??

My first backwards coaster was the Screamin Eagle at SFSTL. It was great! I don't remember if it ran the whole year that way or not. This was back in the early 90s, and I was there during a Haloween event.

I have always loved the Screamin Eagle, but in the pitch black, backwards, and with spooky halloween theming it was GREAT!

The Chiller( both sides )backwards is insane. it is 2 very unique sensations. My fav is on Batman, when you do the tophat in reverse, very cool ! the inclined heartline rolls are intense both ways!i think goin foward is more fun because of the launch and high g's...great ride, either track, either direction.

Colossus backwards was the only way to go until they replaced the original PTC stock. It was kinda cool facing the folks in the other train.

I love riding coaster i have rode before foward backwards. its a good feeling and its difrent. i only rode Batman and robin the chiller bacwards (first foward then backwards) its fun but you cant see where your going and you could only know where to but your head! so if you dont your in for a good headbanging!!! and its not preety. but i can say i cant wait to ride any newer coasters backwards. i think its a shame how there isent as many backwards coasters as there is forward or inverted looping etc. thats all peace

I haven't ridden much backwards, only the Racer and a few boomerangs, but the Racer was awesome backwards. Too bad my lap bar went down two notches. I want to ride Batman and Robin, even if it is rough.

I LOVE IT. They had Screamin' Eagle at SFSTL run backwards for most of one season and it was so much fun. Actually the show-me state has several possibilites of riding backwards. One at each park! Mr. Sleeze at SFSTL, Bummerang at WOF, and Thunderation at SDC.
