History Project

He guys I have to do a history project on the roller coaster. There is one catch though, I can only use info between the years 1600-1914. So if any of you have or know where I could get information for my history project it would be appreciated. Does anyone knows of a site dedicated solely to the history of coasters?

Try your library for "the Incredible Scream Machine" by Robert Cartmall

Try "The American Roller Coaster" by Scott Rutherford or "Roller Coaster, Wooden And Steel Coasters, Twisters, And Cork Screws" by Divid Bennett. Also there are a number of roller coaster historical web sites. Just use one of the roller coaster link directories.
