First Time at PKI

I usually never make it out of Action Zone much nowadays anyway, but that would work, especially for a first-timer. :-)

I almost forgot that the kiddy rides get as crowded early on as well.

If you stay till closing, ride The Beast at night, and brace yourself. You have to be ready for this ride, because it is rough. But it truly is one of the best rides you will ever experience. Also, ride Vortex in the back car. Talk about airtime! You get practically bucked out of your car on the first drop and you hang in the loops much longer. Other than that, just have fun!

Thanks for the advice everyone :-). Fortunately, I will be there for two days and hope to get the best experience out of it that I can. Unfortunately however, these days are a saturday and sunday. I have heard that the lines at PKI are really bad, so I scheduled this trip for early May, hoping that the lines will not be what one would see in July or August. Any advice on that?

Also, I have been to PKD several times and was akways let down by the quality of park service and operations. How would you compare PKI to PKD in terms of a 'pleasant place to visit?'

I would rate PKI's service, from my expierence, an eight out of ten...Maybe an eight and a half.
