Dexter Freebish Album Cover Picture?

Hey guys

Random question here but does anyone know what the coaster on the front cover of this album is? http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00004YL5F/qid=1081258027/sr=8-1/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i1_xgl15/002-5586610-8486468?v=glance&s=music&n=507846 i bought it the other day and its got me stumped. the picture on the cd itself is obviously "west coaster" but my knowlage on american woodies is lacking slightly im afraid.

Looks like a winner to me Olsor. Although the album cover has to be pre-tunnel, unless the tunnel was removed before the pic was taken. The album cover looks as though it was taken soon after it opened considering how "clean" it looks. But you never know with technology nowadays... Anyone got any guesses as to when the album cover photo might have been taken?
