"One Tree Hill" carousel

I was wondering if anyone caught last night's episode of the WB show, "One Tree Hill"? One scene featured a beautifully lit carousel inside a mall. If I'm not mistaken or just seeing things, it was a double decker. Any idea where this carousel is located?

I survived a Japanese typhoon and the Togo flat ride of death!!!!!!

I believe that the show is filmed in and around Wilmington, NC, so perhaps it is at one of the local malls around there.
