Clearly looks like a double exposure to me... If it was a "real" ghost, I doubt we would be able to clearly see a sidewalk and the wall of a building the "ghost" is standing next to in the picture.

Coming from a former photo lab guy, that is most definitly a double exposure, i've seen houndreds of them, and this is definitly one.

For what it's worth, at least the ghost kid is willing to pose for the picture. Most kids that age won't hold still.
