Canyon Blaster @ The Adventure Dome

I was watching the movie "Baby Geniuses" (don't laugh), and of course noticed that Canyon Blaster was in it. I have never really paid that much attention to this coaster, but I must say, this is really a beautiful coaster! There is just something about the way it looks that I really like. Does anyone else agree? (About looks only, not about the ride it delivers.)

Also, is it a lot better on a coaster to be indoors out of the elements. Wouldn't it be cleaner and have less weather related maintenance problems?

The ride runs like the first day it opened. The best coaster on the Strip.

I love the way it runs over the paths in the dome. The layout is perfect for the environment.

For everyone to rag on Arrow coaster this one is really SMOOTH. I loved it when I rode and like said in the post above it's the best coaster on the strip.

I also rode speed and it's very smooth to be a premier coaster but after the launch out of the station and the loop it's a bore IMHO.

Speed is fast and smooth but need way more elements why didn't they go for the most inversions on a shuttle coaster?

I agree about Canyon Blaster being the best on the Strip. Even though I'm not a big fan of the pink track color, it does fit with the rest of the Circus Circus property's theming. The ride is incredibly smooth and seems rather fast, and you get to ride in rare Arrow "Drachen Fire" style trains. I mentioned this once before, but the jolt of air after the vertical loops and before the corkscrews is pretty amazing, especially in the last seat. I also enjoy the tunneled helix finale. In all, the Blaster offers up a brief, but satisfying ride that is still priced at a reasonable $5. Of course, the ride-all-day pass is a much better value for those who want repeat rides, plus rides on the Chutes, Inverter, bumper cars, Pirate ship, and the new Chaos. Paying $8 per ride for a shuttle coaster (all-day passes are available), or even $10 per ride for the Manhattan Express is a little much for the duration and quality of the rides.

I loved Canyon Blaster. I think the fact that it is indoors is really cool. Being able to ride in an air-conditioned environment is great. The ride was pretty smooth, and I really liked the little drop into the vertical loops. Again, the way the coaster fits in with the rest of the park inside the Dome really makes it unique.

Canyon Blasteer was one of my favs. I rode it 27 times in a row. It was my 100th coaster.

Canyon Blaster is great but the pink color is... well... different:). Actually I think it's unique and the setting makes it really fun.

Yup, CB is really unique & very smooth. Some people have said they blacked out in the loops which can't be as the Gs are not all that strong.
