Is SFGadv. building a flying roller coaster?

I heard rumors about it. Does any one know some stuff about it?

What's with it, with people telling the mods to close stuff. It's their job, let them do it.

I doubt it about Great Adventure getting a flying coaster. They are just getting Nitro this year, and I'd say they'll wait until 2003 for another coaster.

I don't see why, SFA has one, it would be more wise to give it to SFFT or SFNE and give SFGADV a 4-D.

What about SFEG???? THey havnt got any new coasters since 1999. SFGadventure is gettin a B&M mega coaster. WHAT about SFEG????????????

The reason why there's been a rumor of a Flying Dutchman is because of the cranes. There were two set of cranes, one working on the Lift Hill and another on its own. Whoever started the rumor assumed the second set to be working on a 2nd rollercoaster & cried out "Flying Dutchman!" because two are being built in SF parks.

Now we know why there were two set of cranes, Nitro is bigger than any of us thought & is a L-Shaped Out 'n' Back!!! :)

Over 2 weken Nitro will be tested.

They could be getting one, heard gossip that they have cleared lots of space by Skull Mountain.. Hopefully, they ave no vekoma roller coasters in the park. I find that unusual that they have 12 coasters and not a single Vekoma.

And for that I am grateful, I think the park is better off without a Vekoma, unless they replaced Viper with a Deja Vu.

What is life without SFA?

How the hell does SFEG not have enough room for a new coaster when (about five years ago) they had to move the whole park based on space issues. Someone really dropped the ball there...

SFGAD will not get a flying dutchman. We call that over-saturation of not only a park, but a general market. HOWEVER, I am not seeing a problem for SFDL to get one, even though they are close to SFWOA. I think SF works that way.

Also, I think SFFT will get one. I originally thought SFAW would be suited better, but I think SF will work on improving other coaster types in that park, probably placing a B&M coaster somewhere (B&M because they are so hyped, and with good reason). This leaves SFOT and SFFT, and I see SFOT not making big moves in the light of Titan.

Oddly enough, I THINK (with no authority to back it up) that SFFT MAY get rid of Joker's Revenge, but keep the queue and name, and put a flyer or 4-D there. It just seems to fit the description.
