Do you think this ride will be a winner. From the pics and the animation, I think it will. It also has a really cool overbanked turn and a sweet looking helix. Tell me what you think about his coaster.

Hmmm....Raging Bull....Apollo's Chariot....Hmmm....Raging Bull + Apollo's Chariot = Nitro! When those two combine, you are going to get a winner :)

The layout looks awesome to me. My guess is that it will be somewhat like Apollo's Chariot, but probably even better. I hope this B&M is a bit more like the Intamins in terms or intensity though as I prefer the S:ROS's and MF over AC. Still though, AC is a great ride. I have not ridden Raging Bull.

I really like Nitro's design. Not only plenty of airtime, but twists & turns. And an over bank turn. SROS at SFNE also has airtime, twists, and turns. I wonder if Nitro will be better. It looks like B&M went the cheap way and just added bunny hill to get the train to the station. Those will be cool, but isn't there such thing as too many hills of the same size? I wonder if 4 moments of airtime at the same drop hieght will get a little boring...no, who am I kidding, those will be awesome!

I love Nitro. It is most definatly my most favorite coaster that I've been on. I love the first drop where you almost hit Batman.

I think Nitro is the number one must ride coaster of 2001. Many will say that honor belongs to X or Hypersonic, but I like Nitro because it has no gimmicks. It's not the first, tallest, fastest anything. It just looks like an all out airtime extravaganza with some cool twists and turns thrown in as well. The way I see it, if any hyper can be better that SFNE's Superman, this is it.

It should be a cool ride, but I hope it doesn't suffer from what I call the "Medusa disease", which is this strange over smoothness and over engineering that their coasters seem to have now. Where are the forces?
