Fire on TTD

I was talking to a kid today from school that was at CP yesterday and said there was a small fire on TTD. He is very unreliable, but I'm still curious. Was there any fire or anything at CP last night? Thanks - I'm not trying to start a rumor, just clear one up. Please post if you were at the park yesterday or you have any information.

I can't answer your question, but I don't believe *anything* I hear from anyone about roller coasters, unless they are somewhat knowledgable and trusted. Most people who know anything about coasters know that, for example, it's physically impossible for Millennium Force to go 128mph, or that no one ever was injured on the Bat, but I hear this stuff over and over again.

One possibility is this kid saw the smoke effect before a launch and assumed it was something more than a special effect...
