What is the most comfortable train?

Being 6'7" for me it is any floorless or inverted coaster.

I would have to say that the Floorless trains are most comfortable. Being all nestled in those comfortable seats with the shoulder harness.

I fail to see what's comfortable about a shoulder harness. I'll take a lap restraint any day.

By the way, isn't there already a current thread covering this topic?

B&M hyper coaster trains (example: Raging Bull)

I think that the Joker's Jinx horsecollar is pretty comfortable because of all the padding.

I agree with 1nomed... those B&M hyper restraints are perfection. Not to mention the fact that most people's feet dangle...

Is it just me or does Hypersonic look like one of those coasters you would see on Looney Toons?

B&M Speed Coaster. Feet dangling, most of the body is free to roam around and the your hands fit perfectly into the handles on the restraints.
Oh yeah, it's comfertable too.

B&M hypers are very comfy. Almost like a recliner.

B&M hypers have pretty comfortable seats.

Intamin hyper/giga coaster trains (I.E. Millennium Force, Superman:Ride of Steel) are the most comfortable. That, or B&M inverted trains.

Well, seeing as how often we travel (rarely), I havent been to too many parks, therefore, there isn't much contest. I live minutes from SFGAm, so I'd have to say the most comfortable trains are: Raging Bull and Whizzer. The American Eagle, being one of my favorite rides, ironically has probably one of the most uncomfortable trains, seeing as how narrow the train is, and how un-narrow my butt is..... And to the few parks I have traveled to (Kings Island (1), Indiana Beach (3), Disney World (1), I would say Space Mountain was rather comfortable....

For a woodie----the trains on the Racer at Kennywood. For a steelie----the trains on Apollo's Chariot.

Most comfortable train? I would say the Amtrack Superliner.;)

Actually Goliath is a pretty comfey seat, very wide and open.

Yeah, B&M hyper trains just rock! Nice comfy seats with only a comforatable lap bar. Plenty of leg room too!

Definitely the B&M hyper trains, followed by the B&M floorless trains. A floorless with lapbars...that would be THE train. I was also impressed with Intamin's trains -- that little T-lapbar is what the entire industry needs to evolve to. As for WORST seats, give that one to the Magnum because those hard fiberglass seats just don't do it for me. But at least Jeff said they're changing out the trains.

I agree with Lothar that shoulder harnesses SUCK. Not only do they restrict movement too much, but they make it hard to dig out the camera during the ride. ;) With woodies and stuff it's cake, but with inverteds and the like I have to do a little more "preparation" to have my camera accessible. Don't worry, the strap is always securely wrapped around my wrist in case I drop it. But if it ever breaks...duck. :)

I am going to have to go with the Gio Hyper (Goliath) trains. Closely followed by the ones on S:TE. I just love the lap bars. No click.
