Sousa... you need to settle down a bit and just deal with differing opinions. Every thread you participate in you turn in to a pissing match park war, and that's really not necessary.
Back to the topic at hand... Anyone familiar with Intamin's first hyper and that train design (http://www.coasterbuzz.com/coasters/coaster.asp?CoasterID=36) knows just how variable these things run. Time a morning test run on S:ROS or MF and compare it to a run with a human loaded train after several hours of operation. The difference will be substantial because the rides are so much faster when fully loaded and warm.
I watched MF test five different mornings, and everytime I shook my head wondering why they didn't run with water dummies.
Is it a design flaw? I don't know, I'm not an engineer. Is Cedar Point at fault? For running empty trains, yes, but I'm not sure if Intamin is to blame for the design. Many of us have been on the ride midday with temperatures in the 70's and found massive air over that third hill, so it isn't too big of a peak.
When it comes down to it, we're looking at the introduction of mother nature. Strong wind has stopped several of CP's coasters, including Raptor and Magnum (and stopping on the pretzel can't be fun). Now they know, and it probably won't happen again.
This year's new release rollbacks include: Millennium Force, Villain, Son of Beast, The Boss and others.
