New Six Flags Park

About a year ago I heard rumors that Six Flags was going to put a new park in Middlebury, IN. Several hotels have recently been added to the area just north of Middlebury in Three Rivers, MI. Has anyone else heard that there might be a new Six Flags park in Middlebury?

Why build a park when they could just buy and ruin other parks or at least over sell them in advertising.
