Okay I know I must sound like a complete and total retard but I've played around with it and I can't figure out how to bank the track. Please help!

Select a track node, then use the +45 +10 +1 0 -1 -10 -45 buttons to bank accordingly. Questions like this can be answered using the help page in the editor.
