Six Flags & 4th of July

I was wondering in the past if any six flags parks do anything for the fouth of july. Thanks alot

SFGAm always has fireworks for the 4th of July.

Does anyone know from past experiences if six flags does any celebvration for six flags and if the 4th will bring more guests into the park???

Deja Vu is down again. For some reason I feel like I already experienced this......

SFEG and the Colorado Rapids(soccer) usually team up and for like 10 or 20 bucks you get a ticket to Elitchs and a Rapids game that night which usually has a fire works display.

SFA has a "4th Of Jazz" concert and fireworks. Expect the park to be crowded.

Nobody knows what the crowds will be like on any given day. The 4th of July falls on different days of the week. This year it falls on a Friday. The days leading up to the 4th should be like any normal operating day, but you never know.

SFStl has fireworks starting June 30 and running nightly through July 20th I believe. We went to the park several times last year just for the fireworks. It was nice not being packed into an empty field with 10,000 other people to watch the show, and to be able to enjoy it more than once.

Lucky you, according to a article I found in the Washington Post recenlty, SFA is restricted to fireworks on the 4th of July and Labor Day.

Six Flags is having special days for the military the entire week of the fourth each day a Different Branch of service gets in free with half price for the rest of the military on thier off days this is including up to 5 immediate family members. So it looks like it could possibly be a very busy week. Of course Disney and Universal and even BG /Seaworld are giving free passes all year long with Disney giving a Free 5 day to the military member and $99 5 day park hopper to the five family or friends.And Universal's is $49 for 5 days but they have to be used on consecutive days.
