I saw Six Flags Over Texas flying from Dallas. I just randomly looked and saw Titan rising above everything.

Never been able to pick out the Orlando parks - I can never get my bearings as to where I am in relation to them when I'm over the city - plus I never fly out of there, I come out of Fort Meyers, so I'm pretty far up by the time I get there.

I've seen Carowinds pretty well from above flying into Charlotte a few times. Before I even knew the park was there, I saw a roller coaster from the plane (TG:TJC).

I've also seen Cedar Point and Kennywood from the air - one trip from Pittsburgh to Chicago I saw them both and another from Pittsburgh to Seattle (that one was very hard to find Cedar Point, but I remember being all excited that I did)

In Astroworld's Case, the Astrodome makes finding it a lot easier, too :)

Well that and the fact that you are 5 minutes from landing, and at a very low altittude when you fly over Astroworld.

I saw IoA on a night-flight into Orlando back in 1999. It was easy to spot, because the Port of Entry Lighthouse was on at the time.

Six Flags Magic Mountain can be seen from most of the Bay Area/Southern California hops. SUPER tiny from 30,000'.

The Vegas strip can be seen when flying from LA to just about anywhere on the east coast. It's pretty spectacular at night.

I think the most beautiful and amazing thing I have ever seen in my life is the sunset over Las Vegas from a plane. All those purples and oranges, with the lit-up city and mountains behind it.... I couldn't stop staring.
