Getting a little further afield, with a little imagination the song "Spinning Wheel" (Blood, Sweat and Tears if I remember correctly) sounds like it could be alluding to a carousel.
NRBQ have a couple of applicable songs, including "Little Floater" (second verse makes a comparison to a roller coaster), "Poppin' Circumstance" has a line about "...me and the girls in a Tilt-A-Whirl". Both of those from their album, "Wild Weekend".
Of course, the Beach Boys weigh in with "Amusement Parks USA" (from "Summer Days (& Summer Nights)) which mentions a bunch of parks, of which the only one still operating is Disneyland.
The Red House Painters have a self-titled album with a doctored photo on the cover showing both the (now defunct) Coney Island Thunderbolt and a disused British mouse. Songs on the album include "Roller Coaster" and "Grace Cathedral Park" but I didn't care for either one.
John already mentioned the one recorded Moxy Fruvous track that mentions an amusement park and roller coaster.
For some unknown reason I have a note in my computer that says, "Bottle Rockets - Turn for the Worse - 24 hrs/day". Knowing that the Bottle Rockets have this roots rock thing going that I don't usually care much for, the only reason I can think of why I would have put that in there is if they mention a roller coaster.
Nobody has yet mentioned Freddy Cannon's "Palisades Park" or the special version he did apparently for KDKA, "Kennywood Park."
There is also a song, I have no idea who sings it, and I think I've only heard it once, but it talks about a Ferris wheel.
Of course there are others. Someone should compile a list and put it on a web page someplace...
