I arrived at the park a little after nine and entered at 9:30 with my Joe Cool Club pass. TTD was down because of the wind, so I jumped on the Cork Screw for a quick ride. Two people on the whole train.
Next, I took a quick shot on the Power Tower and then headed to Mantis. It was a two train wait for the front, but the next group only had 3 riders so I jumped on. No trim brakes today and it just seemed to be running fast. Maybe it was just because it was my first trip of the year. I jumped back in line and got the front again with a one train wait. After my forth ride, I decided to see what else was running.
I jumped on the train and went back to see if Mean Streak was running (Millennium was down). MS was down also. I started to walk back to see if Magnum or the Gemini were running. Both were down.
Then I saw it. I thought that I caught a glimpse of the Dragster going down the tower. I started to run. When I arrived, people in line said that they were just testing. The ride ops said that it would likely be down all day. Then we heard the brakes come down and a train launched. Wow! That is incredible. I stayed and watched several launches, but the ride did not open.
I walked up to the front of the park to see if Raptor had opened, It hadn't. I took a few rides on the Blue streak and then went over to the WT. It was running, but I'm still too fat to fit into the seats.
I took a few rides on Chaos and then went to Disaster Transport. After that, I went back out to my truck and got my camera. I got a lot of nice pics of TTD.
The wind let up a little, but none of the other rides ever opened. I took lots of rides on Mantis, Power tower and the Blue Streak.
On one of my last rides on Mantis, I rode with a gentleman from the UK. He was wrapping up a two weak trip here in the States. Monday and Tuesday were his last two days here and he was spending them at The Point. I sure pray that the rides opened up for him Tuesday.

You shouldn't talk lol. Good TR, I ran into the same winds at SFGAm and they had almost everything closed as well.
