Where is the import scenery. I don't see it. I will post my S:UF recreation again. I promise it won't dissapoint. Anyway, please tell me.

About your second question: I believe what you are looking for can be found in the "Options" dialog box. There's a check box there that says something like "Export plug-in objects (that is, custom scenery) with saved games".
As for the games site, make sure you are logged in; otherwise I'm not sure what your problem could be.
